Changes at Firestorm, A Brand New Website and Video Release

Firestorm Stoves are pleased to welcome some integral changes within the next All change at Firestorm Stoves 1few months. First and foremost, after months of careful planning and designing, their new website was launched featuring a host of new features for customers and dealers.

The new features include a flip brochure for the casual browser with the option available to order a paper copy of the brochure and colour charts. A Firestorm Stove comes as standard in Matt Black, with colour samples (sprayed using the same paint as the stoves are) available of the five colour upgrades; the colour upgrades being Anthracite, Mojave Red, Metallic Brown, Rich Brown Metallic and Honey Glow Brown.

Company Secretary, Joanne Frost, cited this as ‘an integral welcome to the website.’ Furthermore she noted, ‘Sometimes it can be hard to visualise exact colours just from an image online so the colour samples offer a true reflection of what to expect from your Firestorm. It is seemingly the ‘safe’ option to opt for a black stove, but here at Firestorm Stoves, we love being able to provide something different, something truly unique for the heart of the home.’

Firestorm Stoves 2Firestorm Stoves very essence is allowing the customer to customise their stove to their unique taste and style. General Manager, Simon Frost noted of his excitement for future additions pending for the website. He noted, ‘We have been developing the site for a number of months now to give a true interactive experience for the consumer. We decided to build the website again from scratch to enable us to include all the latest design features we required.’

Also in the pipeline is the debut of their first Firestorm video, due to be released mid May. Advertising and Marketing Manager, Debbie Holden told us, ‘directing and filming the debut video was great. They say never work with animals or children, but our star of the show, Ruby, was so well behaved. We are very excited to release the video across social media and on the website. The video is also available for use within our dealers’ showrooms; we certainly will be using it in our flagship store in Poulton-Le-Fylde.’ The video will be available to view from mid May.
