Warm Reception at Faber Dealer Days

More than 100 retailers and installers attended a series of training events hosted by Faber to deliver Warm Reception at Faber Dealer Days 2technical support and showcase highlights fro m its range of premium gas fires.

The events were held across six days at the National Self Build and Renovation Centre in Swindon, where a number of Faber fires are installed for viewing and demonstration, and the Fire Surround Centre in Dundee. Attendees were given an introduction to the new Concept II, Concept III and Blokhus gas fires from Faber, which offer simple, flexible installation alongside all the performance and aesthetic benefits demonstrated by the Faber range. The Faber sales and technical teams were also in attendance to answer any specification or installation questions, as well as giving an overview of the Faber ITC app for wireless enabled control of Faber fires.

Tracey Falshaw, product marketing manager for Faber, said: “This is the third year we have hosted these Warm Reception at Faber Dealer Days 1events and we were delighted with the reception from dealers. “It gives dealers a fantastic opportunity to get support with their own installations, but also a broad overview of the Faber range and the specification opportunities that the fires can create, in both domestic and commercial premises.” Tim Sherwin from Stoke Gas, who attended one of the training events, said: “It was informative, educational but most of all it was enjoyable too. I feel I have a better understanding of the products and I was grateful for the chance to speak directly with the Faber team.”
