How to Order
Ordering from fireplace.co.uk is easy. When you place your first order you will be prompted to create an account. All orders must be placed online, we do not accept orders by phone, fax or email.
Finding a Product
Browse or search for products you like using the menu on the left of each page or the search box at the top of each page. A list of products related to your search will appear appear in the centre of the page. Click on the picture or title of the product you are interested in, this will then bring up a page which gives more detail about the item. If you need further information about the product you can contact the merchant using either the ‘message the merchant ‘ button or ‘ speak to the merchant live’ button on the right of the product page.
Adding a Product to your Basket
If there are options for the product, such as size or colour then select these from the menu on the right of the product page, then click the ‘add to basket’ button. Once you have added a product to your basket you can keep shopping. You can view products added to your basket at any time, just click on the shopping cart icon at the top right hand side of each page. Here you can add edit or delete products from your shopping cart.
Go to Checkout
Once you are happy with your choices click the ‘proceed to checkout & pay’ button or the shopping cart button, this will take you to step 1 of the payment process listed below.
Step 1
Review your choices, if you are happy then click ‘proceed to step 2’
Step 2
If you are an existing customer or have already registered enter your login details to proceed to step 3.
If you are a new customer you will need to register a new account to proceed to step 3, click on the ‘new customer’ button and you will be prompted to fill in your details. You will then proceed to step 3.
Step 3
You will now have the full cost of your products including delivery, check this is correct and click ‘proceed to step 4.
Step 4
You will now be asked how you would like to pay for your order. Click on your preferred method of payment and follow the instructions. You can checkout with PayPal or use a credit or debit card. We accept most major cards.
Step 5
Once paid you will see a payment confirmed page and you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice and the merchants contact details.
You have now completed your order, you can now look forward to receiving your new product in due course.
Contacting the Merchant
You can contact the merchant at any time through your customer control panel, you will need to be logged in to do this. Go to order management, click on view paid orders then view order details. Here you will find details about the merchant and your order, click on the messages button to contact the merchant.
