was formed just under four years ago to manufacture resin-based
surrounds with a difference. Although the process is broadly
similar to that used by many cast fireplace makers, John Burns,
the managing director, has developed several innovative features
for his technique including the addition of a unique blend of
minerals to the resin mixture. Such
is the level of refinement this gives to an otherwise simple
process that a patent application has been filed and has successfully
passed through all of its search stages.
Truestone currently offer a multitude
of designs in both smooth and semi- smooth finishes that accurately
mirror the colour of natural Cotswold stone, and the range
is constantly being added to.
John states, "My priorities are to offer high-quality
products at the right price, provide customer service that
cannot be faulted and to grow the business without compromising
on our production techniques.”
